My Story
Born in the UK, Mark currently lives in Mauritius with his wife, son, and growing family of pets. He is passionate about a globally democratised higher education sector, with greater movement between countries for research and study. Mark's work aspires to a higher education sector where financial and research power is less concentrated in a handful of countries and universities, one where the global education sector is more sustainable, equitable, and impactful.
Mark is a keen runner and cyclist, having previously competed at regional level he now runs more for fun than competition.
