University consultancy

Mark has worked on numerous consultancy assignments for universities, the British Council and UK research bodies. He has played a key role in several Target Operating Model projects, helping universities to adapt and improve efficiencies to enable more streamlined operation. He also has significant experience reviewing school and faculty models, academic leadership roles and governance structures. Mark has worked with leading UK-based research organisations to review and enhance their offering to clients. He is currently expanding his consultancy experience into the Middle East, with a case study review of TNE partnerships across Gulf states.

He has significant experience in process review and business improvement. Mark has worked with teams across many areas of university business to review and improve operations, including student administration, research management, school and faculty management, and marketing and communications. He is an experienced research bid writer and has worked with several multi-institution teams to submit large Centre bids and grant applications.
